All the data will be recorded in soft and hard copy, all the Hard copy will be kept in special Container and all soft copy will be kept in Computer and in special Program. All the data will be protected confidentially according to Data Protection Act. The data will be kept for 40 years, after employees left the company or resigned for any reason, for companies protection.
