An OGUK Medical can be done in Erbil Kurdistan region of Iraq by PETRO MED Medical Service provider.
Where an OGUK offshore Medical examination will be taken place
Petro Med a Medical Service Provider will do Oil and Gas Medical in Erbil/ Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Medical Fitness test will be performed in a UK Medical Center, located in Naz Quarter, Opposite to Erbil International airport.
Who will do Offshore Medical Examination
An OGUK registered doctor will do fit for work assessment in a UK Medical Center in Erbil/ Kurdistan region of Iraq. All OGUK Medical Requirement and tests will be done by a qualified gas doctor.
Who should do Oil and Gas Medical test
All Oil and Gas Workers, offshore oil workers who work in Oil drilling companies, Oilfield companies and Oil and Gas industries should perform UK oil and gas Medical tests. According to OGUK Medical Guidelines the offshore medical check up should be performed to see their level of fitness at work.
What sort of Medical Certificate will be given
Medical Certificate of fitness to work will be given per UK Oil and Gas Medical Guidelines to all candidates who successfully passed medical fitness test. There will be three kind of Certificates.
1- Unrestricted Offshore work Certificates
2-Restricted Offshore Work Certificate
3-Unfit for offshore work
Offshore medical whats involved
Oil and Gas UK Medical Examination will always include the following
- Photographic ID of the Examinee
- A comprehensive Medical, Social, and Occupational history
- Audiometry
- Spirometry
- Urinalysis
- oguk medical drug test
- Eye Test
- Body Mass Index
- Appropriate Clinical Examination
- Further Investigations (eg blood tests, ECG, Exercise ECG, and Chester Step test) may be required to clarify medical findings but are not routine requirement.
All the data will be recorded in a medical examination form.
