PetroMed will do Post –Employment health assessment toemployees who will retire which either due to ill health, age process or due to self-desire, and to employees who leave the job or will be sacked from the job, in order to protect the company when the employees want to sue the company in future if he developed any health condition.
All the Health Data will be kept for a duration of 40 years as some health condition will appear after 20-30 years after retirement such as lung cancer and asbestosis.
