Have a contract with it. The Problem or finding or disease try to be solved and reports will be asked from the specialist who is responsible for dealing with it. Then Reassessment will be done again at remote location according to the health status of patients, and their job description. If the employees are not fit to his work, a report will be sent to senior medic and after taking the consent from patients a report will be sent to his manager. Then according to Equality of Act 2010 reasonable adjustment will be done with Senior Medic, HR, and HSE.
